Mozilla has released an update to the Firefox 3.0 browser. The version released today (3.0.13) fixed the following issues:
MFSA 2009-44 Location bar and SSL indicator spoofing via window.open() on invalid URL
MFSA 2009-43 Heap overflow in certificate regexp parsing
MFSA 2009-42 Compromise of SSL-protected communication
Support for the 3.0 browser will cease in January 2010. The update can be downloaded manually, or the auto-update function within the browser will pick it up within the next 48 hours.
